Deion Sanders wonders why it's so hard to get a pedicure in Richmond

Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders was in Richmond on Friday reporting for the NFL Network. After practice, Sanders, like most NFL greats, just wanted to kick back and enjoy a nice manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, it wasn't happening for him.
